The staff at Impress Hotel were very attentive. the rooms are big and elegant with comfortable beds. the hotel has a great location near the airport and Bole Medhanialem Church. It is also close to a variety of popular restaurants, bars, and clubs, all within a short walking distance.

I stayed at Impress Hotel for 5 nights during my trip to Addis Ababa. The staff, including Mr. Addis the manager, Ms. Selam the supervisor, and Ms. Helen the receptionist, were incredibly kind and friendly. The view from my room balcony on the 6th floor was amazing, overlooking the beautiful city and mountains. I was pleasantly surprised by the room size, which was huge and accommodating. The hotel's location was very convenient, with nearby restaurants and shopping malls. I also appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport. I had an excellent experience with the staff, room, and location at Impress Hotel.
